The successful commercial property lawyer will be responsible for both public and private sector work. Dealing with things like store leases and agreements.
Among the responsibilities are:
* Managing an existing caseload and assisting coworkers.
* Dealing with store leases and agreements in a professional manner.
* Meeting and building rapport with clients in person, over the phone, and via email.
The following experience is required:
* Knowledge of high-quality real estate transactions, such as landlord-tenant work and property development.
* An understanding of real estate transactions, such as freehold, leasehold, and purchases.
* 8 Years PQE
Requires desirable experience:
* The ability to produce high-quality work independently or as part of a team.
* Computer savvy.
* The capacity to explain difficult issues to clients who are unfamiliar with the law.
