Requirements:
* Proven experience in hard landscaping, encompassing groundworks, paving, brickwork, fencing, general hard landscaping and soft landscaping.

* Positive and enthusiastic attitude towards landscaping projects.
* Impeccable standards of workmanship and keen attention to detail.
* Well-presented, adhering to company uniform standards.
* Punctual and trustworthy to meet tight project schedules.
Person specification
* Experience:7-8 years in hands-on landscaping
* Leadership: Proven team management skills in a landscaping environment.
* Project Management: Successful oversight of large-scale landscape projects.
* Technical Skills: Ability to read and review landscape drawings.
* Domestic Focus: Extensive experience in landscaping for domestic properties.
