We are currently working with an outstanding organisation based in Pershore, this well established, reputable firm are looking for a Landscape Estimator to join the business.
What will you be doing?
Working as a Landscape Estimator your role will consist of –
* Visit sites to investigate specific requirements at the pre-tender stage
* Compilation of material cost schedules
* Take-off site drawings, together with the scheduling of required works together with the understanding and interpretation of related works specifications
* Searching for future works including monitoring of Local Authority Works Portals
* Liaise with construction teams when handing over new works
* Undertake costings for contract revisions
Your background:
You will have a background in commercial landscape contracting or amenity horticulture and experience in landscape management.
The salary for this position is £30,000 – £35,000p/a depending on experience.
