Penns Personnel are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our prestigious client situated on the outskirts of Sutton Coldfield.
We are seeking a good Graphic Designer to work across the organisation to deliver a vast range of digital and print assets, promoting the brand, their activities and their Members. Working as part of the Media Team you will have a passion and enthusiasm for design with a strong, creative flair. Duties will include:-

Production of high quality, impactful designs and content via social media, newsletters, press releases, email/campaigns, web pages, infographics, images and animations.

Assisting with editing of photographs, assets and videos as appropriate.
*
Encourage ideas and creativity to improve appeal to a range of targeted audiences
*
Generate ideas to portray concepts, ensuring correct and consistent use of Brand
*
Stay up to date with technology, designs and trends
*
Liaise with external agencies whilst collaborating internally to develop briefs.
Experience & Skills Required
*
Experience in a similar role whilst being fluent in Adobe Creative suite, In Design, Photoshop, Illustrator and Premier Pro.
*
Co-ordination and delivery of multiple projects within strict time frames
*
The ability to interpret briefs
*
High levels accuracy and attention to detail whilst being able to multi-task and problem solve are needed as well as being able to juggle a busy workload.
We are looking for a natural communicator who can build strong internal and external relationships.
This is a permanent, full-time role with core hours of 9 – 5 mon to fri (35 hours/week). Occasional weekend, evening or bank holiday working may be required to fulfil the needs of the business as key times. The company offer hybrid working which gives more flexibility in working hours and the opportunity to spend up to 60% of the week working from home.
