Animator and Designer
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £35000/annum
We are looking for a talented and creative Middleweight Designer and Animator to join a well-established design agency in Warwickshire. Working across multi-channels and a wide variety of sectors, you will be joining this fast-paced design team as one of two Animators. This permanent, full-time role is hybrid, with 1x day per week in their Warwickshire-based studio, and up to £35k depending on experience. You will need at least 4+ years of agency experience, with a slick portfolio to showcase this.

Our client is a solid, long-standing agency with a family feel and a passionate and collaborative approach to work. They work across a multitude of sectors with some amazing brands, spanning from quirky finance companies to global energy brands, and from the education sector to the aesthetics world.
The Role
The role will include animating, editing and designing across multiple channels.
Whilst the role is animation-focused, you will also be working across static content creation and some print collateral, so professional experience in traditional design disciplines is paramount. As the role is 4x days remote, we are looking for someone who is self-motivated, proactive and able to work as a real team player from home!
You will
* Be competent in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and After Effects and Premiere
* Have 4+ years of agency experience
* Have a degree or equivalent in Graphic Design or a design discipline
* Have a strong creative folio to demonstrate your ability to think intelligently about design problems and showcase your varied design and motion skills.
* Ability to translate a client's requirements or briefs into an excellent video
* Be conceptual, and able to storyboard with visualisation abilities
* Able to take design through to final artwork
* Ability to spin plates, working on multiple projects simultaneously
* Strong attention to detail
