£40K + Commission structure. Hybrid working (2-3 days in the office), 25 Days Holiday + BH, Flexibility, Days off in lieu if working the weekend on site, Birthday Day off, Company pension, Xmas shut down & Free on-site parking.

Business Development Manager – Exhibitions Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Build a pipeline of new business opportunities within targeted industry sectors.
Develop trusted relationships with decision-makers in the event and exhibition space.
Understand client business and corporate objectives to tailor solutions effectively.
Secure and deliver credential meetings, leveraging the company's value proposition.
Capture and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Produce weekly sales reports for presentation to the Director(s).
Business Development Manager – Exhibitions Key Skills:

Drive, motivation, and acute attention to detail.
Ability to identify and creatively respond to customer needs.
Proven experience in client/sales with knowledge of the meetings and events industry.
Leadership skills, setting direction, fostering teamwork, and achieving results.

Strong organisational and planning skills, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
