Job Type : Permanent, Full Time

Salary : £35000/annum life assurance, company bonus

External Communications Support Role – Europe

This position will be supporting the Head of communications for European external communications and social media.

The position is a hybrid role with minimum of 3 days in the office located in Coventry

Full time, permanent contract

Salary – £35,000

Bonus – 4% annum based on Company

Pension & life assurance scheme

Some travel will be required for this role including once per quarter to Europe and UK travel on occasions also.

The communication support role will include

Creating communication campaigns
Prepare press release drafts
Liaise with public relations providers
Prepare content for digital channels including LinkedIn, Facebook & Twitter
Campaign analytics
Build and keep strong relationships with internal stakeholders including marketing teams and social advisor.
Coordinate with communications specialists in European countries to improve communication planning & deliver a positive company brand via all channels.
Support to implement corporate communications objectives.
Required Skills & Experience

A qualification in either Comms, PR, Media, Journalism AND/OR 1 years experience working in external communications role.
Excellent verbal & written English skills with a keen attention to accuracy and detail for press releases
Strong planning and organisational skills
Experience of building and maintaining relationships with the media
Sound knowledge of social media and digital platforms including planning and implementing social media campaigns
Full Driving License and willing to travel in UK and Europe
Comfortable with some flexibility around hours of work – some early starts / evening hours due to travel
Experience of Photo shop or Adobe
Experience of analytic from social media content and other digital channels
