Estimator – Residential Groundworks – Birmingham
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £60000 – £85000/annum Car Pension
Our client are a leading residential groundworks contractor based in Birmingham. They have grown exponentially in recent years and have a client base of national housing developers. As part of their expansion they are recruiting an experienced Estimator.The role will be office based in Birmingham. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Preparation of tender quotations for roads and sewers s278 works
* Take offs and bill of quantity production
* Producing final tender document for submission to clients
To be considered you'll have a background working as an Estimator for a recognised groundworks contractor.
