The Estimator – I would say arguably one of the hardest jobs, imagine turning up on site & being the person who is solely responsible for estimating the direct and indirect costs of a project during tendering by going off drawings?
From materials to labour & the other unexpected costs which will undoubtedly throw a spanner in the works mid-project. If it weren’t for these guys sh*t would hit the fan, an Estimator paves the way for that project to get off the ground!
Finding a quality estimator and keeping hold of 1 can be a tough gig! That’s why I’m looking for an estimator to work within a quality dry lining firm on a permanent basis!
