Salary : £45000 – £70000/annum

My client are a well established consultancy now have a requirement for a Senior Buildiing Surveyor in Walton On Thames

We are looking for Chartered Building Surveyors, but will accept MCIOB or candidates with sufficient relevant experience for the positions we have available. Candidates must have good traditional building surveying skills with the ability to write specifications, run large projects on site, deal with contract administration and final accounts.

communication skills is essential as the position is client and contractor interfacing. A good knowledge of the various forms of build contract is also essential.

Candidates must also have experience of working in a professional consultancy and live within a reasonable commute of the relevant office.
