We are recruiting for a Commercial Administrator to join an award winning team based in Launceston. Working within a busy commercial department you will support the team, assisting with commercial administration for housing sites across Plymouth and Cornwall.

The role will be varied and include:

* Raising Purchase Order numbers

* Payments and invoicing

* Placing material orders

* Maintaining and updating the sub contractor database

* General administration and supporting the Quantity Surveyors

The person:

* Good administration experience

* Accounts, construction or housing knowledge beneficial but not essential

* Good IT skills, all MS applications and COINS experience will be advantageous

* You will need a proactive approach and have excellent communication skills

* Driving License

This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the country’s largest house builders, their current regional office is Launceston but the office will be moving to Plymouth in January , so there will be a short term commute needed.
