The Catalogue and its data is central to ITV's digital infrastructure, providing IDs, structure and data which multiple teams and systems utilise on a daily basis.

As an ITV Catalogue Operations Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring that the data in the Catalogue is accurate and up-to-date, ready for it to be employed by all those internal and external teams and systems who consume and use the information. It's an exciting prospect to be at the heart of ITV and its content, with the opportunity to influence both on-screen and off-screen work-streams.

This is a fixed term full time contract, however, we may consider candidates more interested in part-time working are also welcome to apply

* Ensuring good quality data is captured to agreed timelines, including specific responsibility for key business critical metadata for both linear and VOD platforms.

* Demonstrate a thorough understanding of ITV metadata processes and systems in order to provide sound advice to other departments and to provide a high quality service to downstream users of metadata.

* Providing support, guidance, troubleshooting and solutions to issues

* Clarify and demystify procedures and responsibilities

* Promote best-practice around metadata sourcing, curation and use

* Assess and respond positively to changing business needs

* Build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and customers, building a culture of cooperation and trust, promoting exchange of information in the most timely and efficient manner possible.

* Build and maintain effective relationships with a range of business areas including commissioning and acquired, legal and business affairs, production and other teams with Content Supply and Distribution to ensure awareness and compliance with ITV’s Metadata Governance requirements.

* Contribute to the ongoing development of ITVs metadata policies and systems as required.

* Attend and contribute to relevant business meetings as required to advise and update wider team on upcoming requirements

To be considered for this opportunity you will need to demonstrate the following skills:
