Revit Technician

Conrad Consulting are delighted to be working with one of Birmingham's most prominent Architectural firms, seeking a Revit Technician to join one of their subsidiary companies on a permanent basis.
This company within a company are a vibrant and innovative business, specialising in Scan to BIM projects and BIM consultancy. Due to continued growth, there is now an excellent opportunity available for a Junior to Intermediate level Revit Technician with multi-disciplinary modelling capability and an inventive mindset.
The role will be based in a fast paced and innovative office setting, with main responsibilities including:
Converting point clouds into information models
Production of 2D & 3D drawings
Producing visualisations
VR presentation files
Assisting on complex BIM projects
Whilst this role as a Revit Technician is open to graduate level through to intermediate/experienced individuals, their are several essential and desirable criteria that we would like to see displayed.
Essential:
Impressive and diverse Revit portfolio
Ability to produce Revit content
Experience of manipulating building data (COBie or similar)
Desirable:
Experience of working on Grade I Listed Buildings
Deep understanding of PAS1192 suite & ISO 19650
Experience of working on collaborative files & BIM 360
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, AfterEffects & InDesign
There will be a salary on offer to the successful Revit Technician in the region of £18,000-£28,000 per annum dependent on experience.
