Currently, seeking a Digital Engineering Training Specialist to play a key role in enhancing our clients team's expertise in BIM software and processes. Role And Responsibilities

As a Digital Engineering Training Specialist, you will be responsible for developing strategies to enhance BIM capability across all levels of seniority within the organisation. Your tasks will include delivering training on various BIM software and processes, reporting on training progress, developing training materials, and engaging with external training providers. Additionally, you will support the Digital Engineering Group with broader strategic objectives.

Experience And Skills Required

Personal Attributes:

In-depth understanding of BIM software and processes
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Strong time management abilities
Proactive and collaborative attitude
Knowledge of BIM standards, emerging software, and industry trends
Commitment to self and team developmentQualifications & Experience:

Industry experience in a relevant role
Demonstrable working background with Revit
Qualifications in built environment subjects or BIM are desirableIn return, the Digital Engineering Training Specialist will receive a salary in the region of £40,000-£50,000 alongside a generous benefits package.
