Salary : £40000 – £50000/annum Pension, Holiday, Bonus Scheme

My client a major civils contractor is looking to add to their Design team in the coming weeks and months. An ever growing business across the UK who specialise in the delivery of civil engineering projects, this is an opportunity that shouldn't be missed. My client boasts a wide array of projects including work on HS2 among other huge projects, they are on course to become a £1bn turnover company by the end of 2023. You would be based across multiple sites that are all at different stages towards completion so there will always be work to keep you busy.

You will be:

Supporting and managing all aspects of development and implementation of the design proposals, making sure they meet customer requirements.
Presenting proposals for client approval
ensure all relevant Company & Sector Procedures and Policies are met.Key Responsibilities:

Manage and ensure effective coordination between Design team and Subcontractors to ensure they meet all client specifications.
Provide advice on all design proposals to construction teams
Liaise with all Governing bodies/authorities as and when required
Manage all key design deliverables
Establishing regular meeting and reporting cycles for managing, coordinating, and assuring the Design
Record al design development and design changeKey Qualifications:

Degree / HNC / HND / in a Construction / Civil Engineering related subject
Previous Design Coordination Experience preferred (but not essential)
Previous site experience in Civil Engineering and Infrastructure Projects
Would suit a Section/Senior Engineer looking for a new challenge
