We are currently recruiting for a Branding Design Administrator to work for a large distribution company based in Walsall. Working as part of a large team in the Branding Division you will be responsible for design and creation, administration of bespoke client orders and whilst working alongside sales team to ensure clinets specifications are met timely and accurately. The role will become permanent for the successful candidate after a period on a temporary contract. 

Responsibilities:

Create designs to specification and ensure sizing and garment requested are suitable
Proactively liaising with customers to offer suggestions were appropriate
Using Corel Draw x8 / Adobe Illustrator to create designs for embroidery and print teams
Work alongside Sales Teams and 3rd party suppliers to to ensure client approval on designs and specifications.
Required Skills:

Competence and Experience of using Corel Draw and/or Adobe Illustrator
Experience working in a design/fast production environement
Strong Customer Focus and strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Good eye for detail and ability to work to toght deadlines
Experience of using Wilcom (desireable)
