Senior Architectural Technologist with Revit proficiency required to join a prominent architectural practice based in Birmingham city centre.
This is an excellent opportunity for an Architectural Technologist with at least 5-10 years of industry experience, to join a forward thinking and progressive practice, and become part of an innovative and ambitious team. The practice has been established for over 30 years, in which time they have developed a reputation for high quality design in sectors such as; Industrial, Commercial, Hotels and Mixed-Use to name but a few.
Due to sustained growth and an increased workload, the practice are now seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist with sound knowledge and practical experience of using Revit software to join their team. Current workload is particularly focused within the Industrial/Logistics sector, so prior experience of working in these areas would be desirable for this position.
Experience of running jobs and leading small teams of Junior Technicians/Technologists would also be an essential criteria for this role. You will be expected to run projects valuing over £20m, with the potential to range all the way up to £100m, so experience handling large projects is essential.

Desirable criteria for this role as a Senior Architectural Technologist as follows:
> At least 5 years of industry experience in a similar environment.
> Experience of working on large scale Industrial and Commercial projects.
> Proficiency in the use of AutoCAD & Revit.
> Thorough knowledge of UK Building Regs & standards.
> Experience of running projects and leading a team.
