Role:
As a UI/UX Designer you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual and interactive aspects of our digital products. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, conduct user research, and transform insights into compelling design solutions. Your creativity will be unleashed as you craft delightful user experiences that set our products apart in the market.

Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct user research and translate findings into design concepts.
– Design lo-fi + high fidelity user interfaces, elements like menus, tabs, widgets, images, icons and any other assets required to complete the build.
– Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
– Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
– Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and evolving industry trends.
– Champion user-centered design principles and advocate for the best possible user experience.
– Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness) and conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback or reviews

Requirements:
– 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
– Proficiency with design-adjacent tools for wireframing, typography, iconography and asset creation (Photoshop)
– Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
– Strong portfolio showcasing your design projects and problem-solving skills.
– Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability.
– Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
