Graphic Designer
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £30000 – £40000/annum
Responsibilities
* Generate innovative and visually appealing creative concepts aligned with the brand's identity and marketing objectives.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop ideas for campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.
* Design and produce artwork for various digital and print materials including website, social media channels, email campaigns, packaging, and promotional materials.
* Ensure all artwork is high-quality, on-brand, visually engaging, and delivered efficiently within tight deadlines.
* Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials and touchpoints.
* Educate internal teams on brand guidelines and provide guidance on how to effectively implement them in their work.
* Design website layouts, user interfaces and digital assets to enhance the online shopping experience.
* Optimise graphics for web and mobile platforms, ensuring fast loading times and responsive design.
* Incorporate stakeholder feedback into design revisions and continuously iterate on designs based on performance data and qualitative feedback to drive better results.
What you need to have
* Bachelor’s degree in digital design, graphic design, graphic communications or related field.
* Distinctive and unique sense of creativity to drive brand recognition
* An appetite for growth to deliver one-of-a-kind visuals to elevate the brand
* A strong interest and exposure to photography and video production
* Minimum 2 years of successful professional design experience in an agency or in-house team.
* Strong portfolio of design work, showing solutions to business problems through effective design.
* Strong work ethic and personal accountability.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Time management and good interpersonal skills.
* Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite products. After Effects (or similar programme) preferred
