Data Enrichment and Analysis:

Expand existing data sets by sourcing relevant contacts within our core verticals in Ireland.
Analyse collected data to identify trends, patterns, and potential opportunities.
Segment and target contacts for new business prospects.
Track and manage leads, ensuring timely follow-up and nurturing.

Collateral Creation:

Initiate personalised communication to generate interest and engagement.
Develop content, including GIFs, images, surveys, videos, infographics, and blog posts.
Schedule content to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
Assist in producing captivating marketing materials for the Irish market.
Support broader Kelly teams with appealing collateral to drive sales and increase candidate attraction.
Build B2B campaigns tailoring messaging and strategies to resonate with the local audiences, promoting our solutions and verticals.
Build a strong presence through various marketing channels to maximise outreach.
Digital and Social Media Management:
Oversee social media platforms and increase following.
Create and execute effective marketing campaigns to reach the target audience.

Innovative Thinking:

Generate unique ideas to differentiate the business from competitors in Ireland.
Contribute creative strategies that set the Kelly apart in the market.

Website Content Development:

Update and ensure website content aligns with the brand's messaging and objectives.
Use SEO to optimise and improve the Kelly website.

Sales Support:

Research sales triggers to equip the Sales team with actionable information.
Provide insights that enhance MQL/SQLs and increase revenue conversion from collected data.

Recruitment Advocacy:

Support team with the marketing collateral needs.
Showcase new approaches to reshape recruitment.
