Outstanding opportunity for a Senior Architect to join one of the UK's leading multi-disciplinary and AJ100 practices, to be based in their offices in Solihull, West Midlands.

The company are an AJ100 architectural practice and an award winning build environment consultancy. They are involved with high profile projects throughout the UK and internationally, with exciting new projects in various sectors including; Healthcare, Education, Workplace, Manufacturing, Residential and more. The practice design and deliver wide ranging projects throughout the UK and internationally which will keep you engaged and interested in your work as an Architect.

The Solihull office now require a Senior Architect to join the company in order to support the growth of a new Architecture Team in their Birmingham team. The Architectural team will form part of their established multi disciplinary office and will see it develop and expand their architectural offering in the Midlands area.

This position would suit an experienced Architect ideally already operating at a Senior level, although Project Architects looking to take a step up in their career will also be considered.

Responsibilities of the Associate Architect:

Carry out feasibility studies and design proposals for review
Cooperate with other members of the design team and coordinate their output
Ensure design proposals conform to the latest building regulations and technical standards
Providing a practical and methodical approach to solving problems, working to fixed budgets and working within deadlines
Inspection of building work on site
Ability to work autonomously, designing and delivering projects with minimal supervisionQualifications required of the Associate Architect:

UK recognised qualifications at Part 1, 2 & 3 level
At least 5 years of post qualification experience
ARB registered / RIBA chartered
Proficiency in Revit is essential to the position.What's in it for you?
