Our client is dedicated to excellence in their field, and we are looking for a PA who shares their passion for the arts, is willing to go above and beyond, and can handle the unique demands of the vibrant and creative organisation.

What you’ll do:

This is not your typical 9-5 role. As PA to the CEO and Creative Director, you will be an integral part of the team, working closely to ensure the smooth running of our clients' operations. This will include attending opening nights, out-of-hours events, and possibly international travel. You will be responsible for managing guest lists for VIPs, dignitaries, and celebrities, ensuring seating arrangements are organised, and providing impeccable hospitality.

We require a PA who can keep up with a fast-paced schedule and support the CEO in managing their professional life. The CEO is based in London, you will provide comprehensive travel support, making sure arrangements are seamless and efficient.

The creative director is a legend in the business,  a true creative who needs assistance with day-to-day tasks. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that they can focus on their creative vision, which is currently going through an exciting and dynamic phase, and managing their other commitments worldwide.

As a key liaison between various departments, including costume, props, stage, lighting, shoes, technical, ballet, marketing, and the orchestra, you will need to have excellent communication skills and be able to manage diverse personalities with professionalism and tact.

You will be an essential part of the team, working alongside our passionate performers who are in the studio every day, the creative director who is dedicated to their craft. The role requires flexibility and availability to meet the demands of the organisation and the individuals you will be supporting.

What you’ll need:

To thrive in this role, you must be a people person with a keen eye for detail and exceptional organisational skills. You will be managing big personalities, handling sensitive situations with deference, and providing respectful support to the CEO and Creative Director. A background in events, sports, or the arts will give you an edge, as you navigate the unique demands of the creative world.

You should not just be a traditional PA; you are someone who is adaptable, emotionally intelligent, and can handle changing environments with ease. You are a master multitasker who can think on your feet and make snap decisions when needed.

Joining our client is not just a job; it's a lifestyle. Many of the team members have been with them for decades, and we are looking for someone who is committed to making a long-term impact. The rewards of working at here are immense, as you will be part of a team that is truly dedicated to their art and creating world-class performances.

If you are ready to live and breathe this role, providing unparalleled support to the CEO and Creative Director, and if you are passionate about the arts, then we want to hear from you.

Our client is passionate about your exciting career, and we look forward to receiving your application for this truly unique and exciting PA role
