Conrad Consulting in partnership with an AJ100 Architectural Practice are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Architect capable of taking the lead on various projects across their core portfolio. Based in Birmingham, you will be joining a small regional office looking to grow substantially over the coming year.

Our current vacancy would be best suited for a seasoned Project Architect with experience working on a wide-range of projects. The practice work in varied sectors with projects in areas such as; Industrial, Commercial, Sports & Leisure, Residential and more, allowing you to exercise your design & technical flair in a wide range of project types.

Alongside the day to day duties of a Project Architect this role will also require the expertise of someone who is keen to work directly alongside the main Director and operate as a righthand person. You shall share some of their managerial and mentorship responsibilities alongside alleviating some of the project workload by taking on your own projects and managing internal resources so projects can be delivered successfully.

You will be joining a team of 5 which is looking to likely double in size by this time next year. This gives you a great opportunity as a Project Architect to grow with the office.

To be considered for this role we would hope applicants meet the following Criteria:

. Currently operating at Project Architect level and running your own projects.
· ARB/RIBA Qualified Architect (Min 4-7 years post-qualification experience).
· Proficiency in the use of REVIT / AutoCAD software.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

.To be confident working alongside Internal interior Design Teams.

. Excellent job running / client facing skills.
· Knowledge of UK Planning and Building Regulations.
· Possess an excellent Design portfolio.

. Keen to progress into a Senior Architect position.
