I am working with an exciting company in the digital property space who are experiencing rapid growth and are looking to bring in an experienced Social Media Manager.

The main focus of the role will be drive growth and community engagement.
You will administrate the production of quality content, creating a regular publishing schedule to promote content through social advertising whilst also implementing an editorial calendar for specific timely marketing campaigns.
In this role you will manage all social campaigns and look to integrate all channels of marketing including social media, SEO, content marketing, email and more!
Initially, you will be office based, allowing you to get to know your new team and getting stuck into their amazing culture before then working in a hybrid capacity – going into the office around 3/4 days a week.

What you'll do as a Social Media Manager:

Develop strategies across social media to increase brand awareness and engagement
Analyse the company's social media strategy and outline any changes as required
Create a range of content including writing blogs, articles, posts and multimedia content
Manage a social media team and provide support and mentoring to more juniors' members
Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and digital technologies, submitting reports on the latest trends to management
Track Return on Investment and set measurable goals for campaigns and content
Develop and manage campaigns and competitions, enhancing brand awareness, and respond to customer feedback and social media posts

What you'll bring as a Social Media Manager:

2 years + experience in a similar role as a Social Media specialist
Excellent knowledge of social channels
Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
Experience of audience and buyer persona research
Good knowledge of social media KPIs
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Degree in Marketing or relevant discipline
