Account Executive

Due to investment and company growth, our client is looking for an Account Executive with 1+ years' experience within the direct mail industry to join a growing fast paced team with the opportunity for career progression for exceptional performance.

This role requires experience in mail fulfilment and postal services. There is great scope for fast-track career progression to an Account Manager and then Account Director for the right candidate.

As a Account Executive your Key Responsibilities will be:

You will be the key point of contact for your customer throughout the sales process
Liaising with the campaign manager and production team to ensure each mailing goes out on time with total accuracy
Using own initiative to enhance customer experience
Creating samples packs for potential clients
Maintaining and developing own knowledge within the industry to support your own progression
Proactive approach to work processes, identifying areas of improvement when necessary to enhance customer experience

In the Account Executive role you will support your team with the administration associated with customer accounts, including but not limited to, quoting customers, booking jobs in, dealing with queries, following up on quotations to seek the order, keeping Salesforce accurate and any other ad hoc duties and paperwork required

Skills Required:

Proven experience as ab Account Executive in mail fulfilment and postal services
Knowledge of postal services and products across DSA and Royal Mail is desirable
Experience of Salesforce desirable but training will be given
Microsoft Office Package: Excel, outlook, teams, word etc desirable
Ability to liaise with colleagues and clients effectively
Direct Mail Essential

Working hours: 9:00-17:30 Monday – Friday
