Salary : £19000 – £20000/annum

 

JR are looking for a Accounts Administrator to join a busy Nottingham City Centre financial services business. A transactional and administrative position this will suit someone who enjoys process driven, analytical and numerical work.
Working as part of a team, training will be provided but we would be keen to see someone with demonstrated administration skills. This position is also open to graduates who have a keen eye for detail and are keen to find a great training ground to kick off their career.
This is a 12 month fixed term contract however the company is growing and they are keen to retain talent where possible.
Responsibilities:
* Preparing payments to clients (redemptions)
* Monitoring payments in from clients
* Preparation of payments for management fees
* Maintenance of the accounts / cashbook
* Liaise with other departments
Key skills:
* Good knowledge of using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook etc
* Administration or data entry experience
* Reconciliation experience advantageous
* Professional attitude and appearance
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Good attention to detail and accuracy
* Possess an analytical approach to tasks
This role would require training within the office environment however would offer flexible working with two days remote longer term.
