Salary : £21930/annum
Our client are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service person for their banking team on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract, with the aim of providing excellent service to their customer base.
You will need to have excellent communication skills combined with a can do attitude and the ability to work as part of a proactive team. This is a varied and busy role so you will need to be able to multitask and be able to manage both phone and administration duties. You will be competent at dealing with queries and complaints in a polite and efficient manner while ensuring that standards and compliance levels are maintained
The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of Retail Banking, opening/closing accounts, updating details and answering general day to day banking queries. Exposure to AML regulations (Anti Money Laundering), KYC or Charitable purpose would be beneficial.
