BASIC SALARY: £27,000 – £32,000 per annum

JOB DESCRIPTION: (3D Designer / Marketing Agency / Events and Exhibitions)
We are growing fast and since opening over 20 years ago we have gone from strength to strength creating a company which has the experience, passion, imagination and drive to provide a bespoke event for every client. Excelling in creating stimulating and outstanding events whilst supporting clients every step of the way, resulting in a premier service with momentous results. We are currently looking to add to our growing design team, and as a 3D Designer you will be responsible for:
 
· Creating 3D models, animations, and visual effects to match specific briefs using a combination of drawing techniques and computer software
· Creating outstanding mood boards and design concepts to support the conception of the brief
· Researching and implementing new trends, inspiring colleagues with new visions and insights
· Meeting clients to take down and interpret their brief using your skills to produce accurate site surveys and plans
· Producing accurate costings and detailed production drawings
· Communicating with suppliers and contractors as and when required
· Analysing client and internal feedback with the passion to mentor junior members of the team
· Visualising and presenting design strategy and creative ideas to clients and internal team members

PERSON SPECIFICATION: (3D Designer / Marketing Agency / Events and Exhibitions)
To be a successful 3D Designer, you will be confident in your approach to create, fashion, execute and construct a concept from birth, reviewing the whole process throughout and suggesting improvements where necessary to aid completion within a given timescale.
Any experience of designing within the automotive, manufacturing, fashion, beauty, marketing and/or architecture sector will be considered. You will be:
 
· Innovative and pro-active with the ability to create original and visionary designs
· Confident communicating with premium clients who represent luxury brands
· Able to work within set timescales and able to multitask and handle a variety of business functions within a fast-paced environment
· Organized and with good project management
· A team player who offers a positive, and supportive contribution to our business
· Experienced with Vector Works and Atlantis software and have a minimum of 3 years' experience using them
· Able to present an outstanding portfolio from the 3-5 years' experience you have within the event and exhibition design sector.
