Our client, based in Northamptonshire are seeking a Junior AV Technician to join their growing team in a creative industry.

Ideally you will have an interest in AV and modern IT computers. Working alongside our AV team you will be pivotal in ensuring that the correct AV equipment is specified and deployed over our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Working with internal departments for the specification of the correct AV equipment for each project.
Picking and allocation of AV equipment.
Installation of any AV equipment within our prebuild area prior to deployment.
Preparing equipment for use onsite (Setup of users, installation of software etc)
Booking in and testing of returned equipment from projects.
Maintenance of AV equipment including re-installation of operating systems, testing hardware.
To be self-sufficient in administrative terms, ensuring that files and records are kept up to date.
Use of our internal ERP system in allocating and returning equipment (Full systems training to be given).
Provide occasional onsite support in the installation and handover of any AV related projects.
Perform basic IT related tasks, such as installing software/drivers, reinstallation of operating systems, setup of new machines and troubleshooting general IT issues.Requirements:

Excellent organisational, prioritisation skills and be self-motivated.
Self-confident and comfortable in dealing at all levels.
Self-driven and results orientated.
Pragmatic with good problem-solving abilities.
Ability to stay calm and work accurately in pressured situations.
Persistent and able to stay focused on achieving results.
Exemplary timekeeping and attendance.
Total flexibility to meet the demands of the role.
Driving license and vehicle is required due to location.Benefits:
