Salary :

Account Manager – Maternity cover | Hybrid working – 2 days in Northampton | £30,000 – £35,000

Our forward thinking client are a Creative Agency, they are looking for an Account Manager / Project Manager for an initial 9 – 12 months maternity cover.

About the Account Manager opportunity:

* Independently manage small-to-medium client projects, ensuring they are properly scoped, quoted, tracked, resourced and delivered

* Build successful relationships with client contacts to enable regular communication and effective completion of projects

* Financial management: keeping budgets, creating accurate cost estimates, raising invoices for all projects

* Management of housekeeping including general administration e.g., filing, diary management, preparation of agendas and minutes of meetings, and keeping clean and organised filing of all documents

* Use our in-house job management system to expected standards: clearly communicating to the business forecasted costs, resource, billings and more

* Interpret client briefs into clear, detailed and comprehensive creative briefs to the creative studio team

* Use a critical creative eye, strong proofreading skills and attention to detail to review all creative before it goes to client, to print or online

* Lead creative response/status meetings for small-to-medium sized projects and status meetings with internal & external stakeholders

* Support senior members of the team to deliver larger-scale strategic campaigns

About the successful Account Manager:

* Ideal candidate would have some Account Executive/Account Manager/Project Manager experience.

* The role is also suited those with degree-level related courses such as communications, marketing, and business management

* A passion for clear, direct and effective communications

* Strong attention to detail

* Excellent verbal and written English

* Proficient in Microsoft and G-Suite programmes including Word/Pages, Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides

* Excellent organisational, problem-solving, prioritisation and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects

* Strong communicator with the ability to develop relationships with suppliers, clients and colleagues

* Experience excelling within fast paced, high energy environments within any prior role/industry
