Job Type : Temporary, Full Time

Salary : £26.71/hour

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Digital Copywriter on behalf of our public sector organisation based in East London.

This is a 6 month contract to refresh and edit existing content, write new content and to provide digitally delivered internal and external communications in support of the transformation work for adult social care across three online platforms, website and intranet.

The role is paying £26.71 per hour PAYE or £34.42 per hour Umbrella.

· Create compelling and engaging content and edit copy across multiple websites

· Work with internal social care and public health teams to bring concepts and ideas to life

· Ensure digital content meets briefs, is in line with brand guidelines and tone of voice and is optimised for SEO and UX best practice

· Influence and guide internal stakeholders by providing insightful, constructive feedback

· Ensure all content published is factually accurate and has been ratified in line with the organisation's approval process

· Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure collaboration and joined up thinking

· Use data to inform the effectiveness of content and to drive continuous improvement and increased engagement

Knowledge and Experience required:

· Knowledge of SEO, analytics, html, css and content management systems

· Knowledge and understanding of social media

· Adept at producing all forms of copy

· Knowledge of online content strategy and creation

· Skilled at adapting tone of voice for different brands and audiences

· Excellent writing ability with the ability to write in different styles

· Strong proofreading and editing skills
