Role and Responsibilities
To engage with and educate residents in a polite and professional manor, to encourage them to take personal responsibility for disposing of their waste correctly.
To understand and take enforcement action against people who leave their waste where it should not be.
Supports the increased partnership working which will underpin the delivery of Housing+
Helps to achieve the transition from a compartmentalised housing management framework to a more holistic and joined-up approach to delivering services
Relies less on a ‘one size fits all’ approach, and which instead takes a more tailored and discretionary approach to delivering services
Recognises that all teams within the Service can and must make a significant and positive contribution to sustainable neighbourhoods and social inclusion
