Shovel your way into a career change with us! On behalf of our client nr Bawtry, Doncaster we are recruiting for a Loading Shovel Driver working in a non-construction environment!

Here is a little more information on the role…

You will be working as part of a small team on a busy farm situated on the outskirts of Doncaster, and you will already be familiar with driving Loading Shovel plant machinery. Ideally you will hold a current licence (A21 / A22), although you may also have worked in a similar role in farming or waste management.

This role involves loading and unloading trailers, along with moving compost around the farm. You will also be responsible for cleaning down the plant machinery each day. In addition to loading shovel, you may also hold a counterbalance FLT licence.

Shifts are 12 hours, on a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern, although this client can offer some flexibility on shift patterns and start times with notice.

How much will you get paid as a Loading Shovel Driver?

* £10.76 per hour

* £13.45 per hour for overtime

* £25 bonus for weekend work

What would your shifts be as a Loading Shovel Driver?

* Rotating shifts 4 on / 4 off 6am – 6pm / 6pm – 6am
