Our client, a Warehouse and Distribution company, is currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented professional to join their team as a Warehouse Administrator. Key Responsibilities:

– Utilise your comprehensive knowledge of using a warehouse Management system, MACS Warehouse Management System and SAP are current systems, to ensure accurate and efficient inventory management.

– Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, record keeping, and generating reports to support warehouse operations.

– Collaborate with the warehouse team to maintain optimal stock levels, resolve discrepancies, and implement quality control measures.

– Monitor and update inventory records, including tracking shipments, managing returns, and performing cycle counts.

– Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth logistics operations and timely delivery of goods.

– Assist in optimising warehouse layouts and workflows to maximize efficiency and minimize operational costs.

– Provide support in training staff on MACS WMS and SAP functionalities, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring system compliance.

– Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new features of MACS WMS and SAP to drive continuous improvement in warehouse processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

– Proven experience as a Warehouse Administrator, preferably with expertise in MACS Warehouse Management System and SAP.

– Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and supply chain processes.

– Proficiency in data entry, record keeping, and generating reports using relevant software applications.

– Exceptional attention to detail and ability to analyse and interpret complex data accurately.

– Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

– Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

– Familiarity with other warehouse management systems and software is a plus.
