Project Administrator

Our Client is a successful and well-respected Consultancy business operating within the Telecoms/Property sector. They are currently seeking an experienced Project Administrator to join their Team in Livingston.
This is a busy and varied role which will involve:
* Providing a wide range of Administrative support to the Team
* Coordinating and managing the workload for Surveyors and Sub-contractors
* Updating trackers and databases accurately
* Compiling project and financial reports
* Raising and reviewing Purchase Orders
* Monitor PPE/Kit requirements, GDU Calibration dates and training expiry dates
You should have:
* Excellent IT Skills (Word, Excel etc.)
* Very strong organisational skills
* The ability to manage multiple projects, at different stages, simultaneously
* Excellent attention to detail
* The drive and motivation to work under pressure and achieve targets
* Superb communication and inter-personal skills
This is a busy, challenging but rewarding role which will suit someone with a proven track record in a similar role. A driver is preferred due to location and the possibility you may have to drive to another location occasionally.
