Our client is a leading multidisciplinary company based in Bristol, who due to a period of growth are looking to add a Trainee Office Administrator to their team. This is a great opportunity to work for a friendly and relaxed office for a growing and exciting company.

This role will suit candidates wanting to work in a happy, friendly, and professional office in Bristol city centre. Those who are organised and want to be kept busy with a variety of tasks in a friendly team of people all doing similar things, supporting projects delivering work in a worthwhile industry which helps people and where you are treated with trust and respect.

This is a role with a regular 9-5pm Monday to Friday working hours (including 1 hour lunch break) and overtime options. The successful Trainee Office Administrator will be conducting a variety of tasks associated with bookings, planning, progress monitoring, liaising with clients and occupants of properties, facilitating the works, compiling reports and invoicing. Full, comprehensive training will be provided.

Trainee Office Administrator Requirements:

· GCSE A-C or equivalent in Maths, English and Science

· Good organisational skills.

· Confident and polite telephone manner.

· Must be friendly, professional and hard working at all times.

Trainee Office Administrator Benefits:
