We have a great opportunity for candidates looking to join the team as a sales executive. The work is based in the heart of Bristol City centre and the role is based solely in the office throughout the working week.

Throughout the day your roles will include making outbound calls to generate repeat orders, as well as ensuring all orders are captured, and opportunities are taken to maximise sales and margin.

Customer service is key to the role, as you will be required to accurately set up customers and orders on the system, completing call logs and reports.

You will be expected to deal with all customer issues, queries, requests and service information quickly and ensuring appropriate follow-up is completed where required.

Lastly, you will also be required to manage out-of-stock items by communicating with purchasing and advising customers accordingly.

Requirements:

– Sales Experience (Advantage but not essential)

– Customer Service Experience

– Basic understanding of the English Language

– Computer literate
