Temporary Customer Account Manager

My client, based in Princes Risborough, are looking for a Temporary Customer Account Manager to join their small friendly team.
* As Temporary Customer Account Manager you will take responsibility for a portfolio of clients and manage their accounts, being their main point of contact for quotes, enquiries, sales orders, pricing, shipping and any other support they require.
* You will also be required to upsell the company products and services and exceed customer expectations at all times.
* You must have previous account management experience and any knowledge of shipping would be desirable.
* You will be highly organised and a strong communicator with excellent administrative skills.
Working hours are Monday to Thursday 07.45-16.45 with an earlier finish on Fridays.
Pay for this Temporary Customer Account Manager will be an hourly equivalent of 25k.
