HR Coordinator (Part time)
Part time 3 days a week – Office Based (one of them would need to be a Monday)
Hours 9am to 5pm
Duration – 4 months
Pay – £13.71
Quality personnel are currently looking for a HR Coordinator for our luxury motor industry client based in tongwell.
The successful applicant would be responsible for providing HR administration within a fast-paced environment including new starter onboarding, payroll and benefits. They would be the first point of contact for any general HR queries and would provide excellent customer service to all employees. Main responsibilities also include management of the leaver process for undergraduates
Previous experience within a fast paced HR department is essential along with excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask large numbers of tasks.
Skills required
* High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
* The ability to work autonomously and problem solve
* Interest in process’ and procedures and ways of improvement
* Relationship building skills with external and internal stakeholders
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
