Receptionist – 25h per week

Job Type : Temporary, Part Time, Part Time

Salary : £9.50 – £10.50/annum

Please note that a credit check will be required for the successful applicant due the financial environment.

* Greet and meet guests and look after their catering requirements
* Check Printers every morning
* Provide teas/coffees for meetings (when requested)
* Check meeting room calendars on a daily basis, making sure there are no clashes.
* Update meeting schedules outside each room if there any new meetings.
* Order and maintain office stationery cupboard
* Receive and verify deliveries and keep record of invoices (stationary, PPE).
* Receive incoming / outgoing post, distribute accordingly and log on the correspondence spreadsheet
* Liaise with IT if there are any issues
* Assist the Facilities Manager when required
* Keep the reception and surround areas tidy – assist with clear desk policy in the office
* Scan and file invoices accordingly.
* Assist, send reminders to team members that are on weekend rota
* Book couriers and make sure the booking reference is entered on the courier log spreadsheet.
* Printing, binding, photocopying, scanning and laminating documents.
* Assist with compiling monthly team rotas (late night, weekend, induction).
* Metrics daily update
