Rob, our Site Director at Tibshelf Motorway Service Area M1 is looking for Team Members to join his McDonald’s team and to support Watford Gap Services further down the M1. If you’ve ever wanted to know how to make the perfect Big Mac™ or find out the four different shapes of a chicken nugget, this position could be an ideal opportunity for you to start a new career on a full or part time basis.

Joining the McDonald's team will give you the opportunity to help us provide our customers with the best tasting food and fast, friendly customer service. If this appeals to you, this position could be an opportunity for you to start a new career on a full time basis. 

If you decide to help us support our team at Watford Gap we will pay your transport from Tibshelf to Watford Gap by covering fuel if you have your own transport or arranging a taxi, plus we will pay your travelling time too! We could even provide accommodation at Watford Gap in our Days Inn Hotel if you prefer.

Don’t worry if you’ve never worked in a restaurant before, because we will give you everything you could ever need to excel in your job and help you grow both personally and professionally.

You will be paid under 21- £7.07; 21-22 – £8.49; over 23 £9.11  and your working hours will be Monday to Friday full time with 7.00am starts from Tibshelf
