Travail Education are a friendly, family run Teacher Recruitment agency based in Grantham and we have been working closely with one of our partner schools in the area for many years and have now been appointed to supply a suitably experienced Teaching Assistant to work 1-2-1 with a YR6 SEND student, Monday to Friday potentially until the end of the academic year.
The Primary school is set in a village location within a short distance of Grantham, the school is well run and continues to be rated as a Good School. Ideally the successful Teaching Assistant can offer 5 full days per week but the school may also consider 4 days per week, what is key though is finding the right, suitably experienced Teaching Assistant to work 1-2-1 with SEND experience.
All relevant Teaching Assistant qualifications are considered from Level 1 to Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTA's).
If you're a Teaching Assistant with a calm and flexible approach with SEND experience willing to work on a 1-2-1 basis in a primary school environment, then we have work for you!
Ideally any SEND experience you have is within a Primary mainstream or SEN setting.
All Teaching Assistants who register with Travail Education will have 2 years professional references taken up and will be required to have an enhanced DBS check on the Update Service and you will be required to attend a face to face registration in our Grantham office!
