Salary : £40000 – £50000/annum pro rata

This boutique global PR agency who work with an enviable roster of design, creative and technology clients are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to support them as they continue to grow and expand their portfolio. You will be working closely with the CEO and Operations Director to help build their team by sourcing outstanding PR and communications professionals.
This is a part-time role (three days a week) with flexibility around working from home and their lovely office in Oval.
The main areas of responsibility will be :
Recruitment
* Determine current needs and forecasts
* Source and find candidates through advertising (website and externally), LinkedIn/social media, headhunting and networking
* Employee referral programs
* Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes – reviewing CVs, interviewing candidates and making recommendations for next stage
* Compliance checks, job offer letters
* Assist management with recruitment process for second/final stage interviews
* Ensure a positive candidate experience/good pr for the agency – follow up on applications, interview feedback etc
* Potentially look into using psychometric testing if it was felt it could help secure stronger talent
* Assist management with talent mapping and succession planning
Staff retention
* Make staff aware of the company benefits
* Organise social events and generally add to the positive culture
* Assist with reviews and appraisals
* Conduct salary surveys to ensure competitive salaries
* Promote the agency as a great place to work
Requirements
* Solid experience in recruitment or Talent Management in a media or communications environment.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to motivate employees and resolve any problems or issues
* Experience in full cycle recruiting to include posting jobs on social media and job sites
