Purpose & Context
Light embassy is a Gospel Church centred on a vision from the Lord Jesus to raise up Spiritual Giants in these last days to help champion the furtherance of the Gospel primarily throughout the continent of Europe and beyond, revealing the Glory and virtues of God in the name of the Lord Jesus to our world.
The Lead content Creator’s primary role is to use existing and future audio and video recordings from Light Embassy to create, connect and provide a strategy for spreading the Word of God as espoused by Light Embassy Church to all traditional and social media platforms.
Principle Responsibilities
* Create a Podcast for Light Embassy Church
* Plan, produce, and post all Traditional & Social media content.
* Produce all content for our online worship experience.
* Research and plan out effective and engaging content ideas.
* Optimize existing video content for social media-specific platforms.
* Manage consecutive project timelines and, on some occasions, complete projects same day
* Contextualise messaging & copywriting for each digital platform.
* Manage the quality, performance, and distribution of our podcasts.
* Transform sermons, quotes, & moments into sharable digital content.
* Assist our Board of Trustees in creating effective marketing campaigns.
* Create content and provide a strategy for all of Light Embassy Social media platforms
* Advise on new types of content while strategizing how to leverage the social media accounts of Light Embassy to grow and be engaging.
* Utilising graphic design and video editing to create engaging content.
* Establishing and maintaining a quality of photography that can be replicated across all events, services, and meetings
* Think of strategies to get the Light embassy App downloaded by at least 1 million people every Year.

* Experienced in social media: Has a vision for how social media platforms can be used to empower people with helpful and engaging content.

* Strategic: Gifted at providing systems, structure, and administration to help empower others and power the communications ministry in a healthy and sustainable way.
* Loves God & cares about making disciples
* Fast mover but a calm thinker and able to plan six months in advance
* Able to execute a project quickly with minimal direction
* Highly organised and detailed and understands relevant trends
* Adobe Creative Suite aficionado, specifically in Photoshop & Premiere Pro
