Salary : £40000 – £45000/annum Prorated
Our client a leader in the provision of media broadcast services would like to hire a part-time Internal Communications specialist.
This newly created role will help the organisation continue to prioritise the employee experience – keeping staff informed, engaged and motivated. It will ensure that the company takes a holistic approach to internal communications whereby conversations are two-way and we take knowledge and inspiration from the outside in.
Sitting within their Communications team and reporting into the Head of Communications and working across and in collaboration with HR, Marketing, the Leadership Team and the Admin support team, will be critical to success.
You will develop a content plan and champion internal communications that are positive, clear, transparent and consistent, creating lively and engaging content that connects with employees.
Essential skills will be outstanding copy writing and editing skills are essential as is the ability to forge excellent relationships at all levels. Previous internal communications experience in a busy, fast-paced, complex organisational environment.
