Siamo Recruitment are currently looking for a Sous Chef to join a well-established, fine-dining, 3 AA Rosette Restaurant. This role is based in the county of Conwy on a full-time, permanent basis.
 
The ideal candidate will have experience working within a busy kitchen, preparing meals and managing their work station. These opportunities include both Sous Chef and Chef de partie positions. The client can also provide accommodation for staff members.
 
Duties:
– Preparation and creation of gourmet dishes
– Working with the Head Chef to ensure the kitchen is managed accordingly
– Provide an excellent fine-dining experience to guests
– Training and instructing kitchen staff members

– £27,000+ per annum
