Siamo Recruitment are currently looking for multiple Cooks to join a local, growing organisation in Denbighshire.
Full-time hours are available, and successful candidates will start on a Temporary basis with the opportunity to transfer to a Permanent role.
This role is ideal for a candidate with previous similar Cook or Catering experience, with a Level 2 qualification in Food Hygiene.
Hourly pay: Negotiable
The Role:
– Support the team and service in the delivery of high quality, healthy and nutritional food.
– Follow safe food hygiene and health and safety practices.
– Preparation, plating, and presentation of meals.
– Support residents’ health, cultural and religious needs by offering a healthy choice of foods.
– Encourage feedback from the residents within the service.
– Accurately order food provisions and ensure all stock levels are checked
– Completing orders to ensure over or under ordering is avoided
The Ideal Candidate:
– Experience of working in a similar Kitchen or Cook role
– Level 2 in food hygiene and food preparation would be ideal
– Knowledge of specific food preparation and diets is beneficial
