As a Head Chef, you will play a crucial role in the culinary success of the new resort, creating memorable dining experiences for guests.
Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire a team of culinary professionals to consistently deliver high-quality dishes.
Design and develop creative and innovative menus that cater to a diverse range of tastes and preferences.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
Manage inventory, control costs, and work within budgetary constraints.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests.
Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques and ingredients into the menu.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role.
Culinary qualifications and a strong background in various culinary styles.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
