Sous Chef
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £35000/annum + bonus
D & R Recruitment are welcoming an experienced Sous Chef to work with our client who are based in Luton. You will be working upon the fantastic grounds the comprises of a hotel, golf club & spa. You will be working in there 2 AA rosette kitchen.
As Sous chef you will be working alongside the kitchen team and the head chef to prepare and produce the fresh quality dishes, ensuring they always reach the high standards of the venue.
Your will role will be a key part of the operation in the kitchen, helping to ensure that the kitchen runs as smoothly as possible. You will also key role in the motivating, training, and leading of the kitchen and will have the chance to have an input on the menu.
This position offers a great chance for your professional growth and developments and will give you amazing experience in working in a busy environment where no two days are the same!
Any applications must be able to drive, and able to work to weekends. Due to the nature of the venue, they operate 7 days a week, and team members need to be flexible.
