We’re looking for a Food and Beverage Assistant Manager to assist with the management of our new cafe at The Lodge Nature Reserve.

Salary: £23,489.00 – £25,216.00 Per Annum
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7, daytime shifts including weekend working.
Contract: Permanent

Key Skills Areas:
* Support the Food and Beverage Manager in leading the Food and Beverage team in day-to-day operations.
* Awareness of budgets, controlling costs and maximising income.
* Monitors targets to deliver organisational goals.
* Able to maintain positive relationships, working collaboratively with the wider Reserve team.
* Supervisory skills including shift leading, monitoring team training progress and completion of day-to-day compliance paperwork.
* Provides a warm welcome for our visitors, is helpful and friendly with a positive attitude.
* Maintains food hygiene and health and safety standards in the work environment.
* Assists with the development of a new outlet within the RSPB brand at our Headquarters location and supporting the Food and Beverage Manager with development and implementation of future offers on site.
